Waikoloa Grows Weekly Farmstand
The Waikoloa Grows Farmstand is our year-round weekly food access program bringing fresh, island-grown food directly to the Waikoloa Village community. Located at the Waikoloa Stables, the Farmstand operates nearly every week of the year, providing consistent access to locally grown fruits, vegetables, eggs, and value-added food products from Hawaiʻi Island farmers and producers. Our goal is simple: make fresh, healthy food more accessible while supporting the farmers who grow it. For many residents, especially those within the ALICE population, accessing fresh and affordable food can be challenging. By bringing locally grown products directly into the community each week, The Farmstand helps close that gap while strengthening our local food system.
Each week The Farmstand offers a rotating selection of:
Fresh island-grown fruits and vegetables
Grab & Go foods
Farm fresh eggs
Artisan baked goods
Locally made sauces, seasonings, and value-added foods
Seasonal products from Hawaiʻi Island farms
Because we work directly with local producers, the selection reflects the seasons and the incredible diversity of agriculture on Hawaiʻi Island.
The Farmstand is more than a place to buy food—it is a community food access program designed to:
Support local farmers
Increase access to fresh food in Waikoloa Village
Strengthen the island’s local food economy
Create a welcoming gathering place for the community
Every purchase supports both local agriculture and the continued operation of this community program.
